Apostle Dr. Staci J. Ramos is an Apostle chosen and sent by God, Founder and Pastor of Garden of Gethsemane Ministries Inc. (GOGM) where the flagship church is in Harlem. It is known to be “A Community Church with A Community Pastor”. By the Grace of God, He has allowed her to plant several churches nationally and internationally to spread the “Good News.”
Apostle Ramos is blessed with two children (Jessica & Sergio) and many spiritual sons and daughters. Apostle Ramos, born in NYC, raised on the Lower East Side & in “The Village of Harlem”, has grown to be a strong and courageous leader among her peers. Apostle Ramos has embodied her faith walk and since giving her life to Christ, she has served in many facets of church administration. One of the areas closest to her heart, besides soul-winning, is “Prison Ministry.” From the very beginning, GOGM has not forgotten the importance of “Street Team Ministry” also known as EVANGELISM. Dr. Ramos holds several ministerial certifications in the following areas: Prison Outreach, Pastoral Ministry, Discipleship, Marriage Counseling, and Children/Youth Ministry. Apostle Ramos also serves on the Ecumenical Council of Bishops & Apostolic Leadership.
Apostle Ramos earned a Doctorate in Divinity from The Gospel House Bible Institute & Seminary, an Honorary Doctorate in Ministry from Anointed By God Ministries Alliance Seminary, a Master’s Degree in Urban Ministry in the Global City from City Seminary of New York, and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration/Public Affairs from Metropolitan College of New York. Dr. Ramos is skilled in Congregational Leadership, Community Leadership, Outreach, Engagement, Advanced Problem-Solving, Initiating Community Programs, Advocacy for Justice and Peace, Communication, De-escalation, First Responding, and Violence Interrupting.
Apostle Dr. Staci J. Ramos is extremely active in her community as she is currently serving as the 28th Precinct Clergy Council President, 28th Precinct Community Council VP, NYS Certified Chaplain, and NYPD Clergy Liaison. Dr. Ramos serves as the Community Board 10 Vice-Chair for Public Safety and a member of the Community Board 10 Housing Committee. Apostle Ramos is also the West 121st Block Association President and Co-Founder of Daughter 4 Justice (An Organization of New York Clergy Women Working for Radical Justice in Our Criminal Justice System).
As a Woman of God, she has a LOVE for the people of God and is a full-time “Servant of the Lord”, her hard work, dedication, and commitment speak volumes of her life
